Business Development Representative

Taazaa is looking for a business development professional who wants to join us in our mission to reduce human suffering caused by poorly designed and developed software. We’re looking for someone with the following qualities and talents: empathy, strong intellectual drive, exceptional communication (written and verbal), sense-making, and energetic.

Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities for Taazaa to help organizations get the digital products and custom software solutions they really need. You will research prospective customers, create outreach plans, identify qualified opportunities, and help reduce friction for customers looking for help from us.  You will drive inbound and outbound exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Taazaa could help a business grow, and successfully position the Taazaa value proposition.



  • Research and engage prospective customers
  • Create and manage meaningful outreach plans
  • Schedule and coordinate meaningful conversations
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Develop proposals and SOWs
  • Maintain customer records

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, business development
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, personal credibility, and professional competence
  • Basic understanding of agile software development, cloud technologies, and business applications
  • Understanding of basic business drivers, industry forces, and technology trends
  • Understanding of consultative selling and ABM practices and techniques
  • Domain specific knowledge in healthcare, digital health, logistics, ed-tech is a plus
  • Prior experience working in professional services is a plus
